Overview:

This position is responsible for preparing, analyzing, modeling and presenting complex financial information to support operational, financial and strategic decision making. This position provides financial support to the organization including oversight and analytical support for monthly close process, coordination/assistance in annual productivity target process, preparation and review of account reconciliations and annual audit schedules and various other financial analyses.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Position requires a minimum of five years of recent accounting or financial analysis, financial modeling experience
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university
• Preferred Education: MBA or MHA
• Preferred Experience: Healthcare financial reporting experience. Experience with Microsoft Suite, EHR, ERP, productivity and forecasting tools.
• Preferred Licensure: CPA or HFMA certification
