Senior Financial Analyst - Corp IT FP&A
Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning for the Corporate IT function. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and takes ownership and pride in producing high-quality work.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the development and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives by providing accurate, insightful and timely finance support and analysis. This individual will be required to work closely with IT Finance counterparts across our global entities to ensure accurate analysis and presentation of the company's financial performance metrics, supporting the delivery of key departmental initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets. Reporting to the Corporate IT FP&A Manager, the Senior Analyst will be involved in the annual operating planning process, will provide financial consulting and strategic support to corporate leadership, including identifying, researching, analyzing and presenting critical business drivers, trends and project-level analysis.
The position will be based in Dallas, TX and will offer some flexibility for hybrid work options.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus at least 4 years of relevant financial work experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Able to multitask, work independently, and effectively manage time
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work, navigate ambiguity, and meet quick turn-around deadlines with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to produce high-quality analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to accomplish departmental and company objectives
- Prior experience working with a global company a plus
- Prior budgeting and forecasting experience a plus
- Working knowledge of TM1 and IBM Insight programs a plus
