Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance
Summary
The role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat's objectives for the Americas business unit by providing financial, analytical and decision support for the Class II and Class III Game Sales business units within North America.
What you'll do
The role is both strategic and operational where the key outcomes are to:

• Support quarterly forecast, annual budget process and long-range strategic planning activities
• Partner with the broader Finance organization to build robust analytical models, tools and processes and provide superior service to business partners/internal clients
  • Including line of business dashboards, KPIs and expense management
• Consolidate and prepare monthly & quarterly report decks for Executive Leadership
• Assist in competitive and market analysis to drive commercial recommendations
• Support deal evaluations and financial modeling (NPV/IRR analysis) including bundle deals across various lines of businesses
• Partner with Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close process
• Handle relevant audit and business risk management requests and initiatives as needed
• Assist with creation and tracking of incentive compensation plans for sales team

Internally, the role must work collaboratively with finance segment leads, corporate finance, sales, shared services and marketing.
What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Reporting Tools (e.g. TM1, Salesforce)
• Effective communication skills
