About The Role

Sendoso is seeking a data and reporting enthusiast to join our Data Operations team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to turn data into information and insights that drive business decisions and outcomes.

As an early member of the team, your impact will be instrumental in shaping the future of the function and overall business. You will be supported, coached and you will have the opportunity to work with a fun product that genuinely meets the needs of our customers.

Who You Are:

• Likes to dissect and document processes end to end in order to automate non-value added, repetitive tasks
• Not afraid to dig under the hood to understand how a system works and to update configuration to test different business workflows

Projects You’ll Work On:

• Manage finance systems enhancements and projects
• Gather, analyze and document business process and reporting requirements
• Ensure data integrity in order to automate and integrate data flows among systems
• Partner with 3rd party integrators to transform requirements to functional system specifications
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing and business sign-off
• Develop training documents and provide end-user training and support
• Design and develop management reports and dashboards
• Manage security and end-user access to SaaS systems

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience administering finance systems
• Strong hands-on systems implementation experience in enterprise resource planning, reporting and analysis applications such as Netsuite and Tableau
• Implementation experience with Netsuite (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management), Expensify, Tesorio and Tipalti preferred
• Solid understanding of account structures, accounting flows, P&L and Balance Sheet and financial planning and analysis
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and resolve integration issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing test scripts and executing effective test plans
• Understanding of business systems project life cycle. Ability to drive consensus across business and technical teams
• Ability to effectively document business processes, track and resolve issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience conducting presentations and user training

• Blackbelt certification
• SaaS and/or Marketplace industry experience a plus
