Job Description Summary
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading the finance and accounting function for one of Cushman & Wakefield's key international Global Occupier Services accounts. The Senior Finance Manager partners with account management to deliver a high level of client service and execute the client's strategic corporate real estate initiatives. The Senior Finance Manager leads a team to deliver month/quarter/annual accounting closes, the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees all financial and accounting activities on the account
• Partners with account leadership and client to define scope and content of accounting services
• Engages with account leadership to identify and promote sharing of best practices
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports
• Oversees the budget, projection and closing processes and fosters creative solutions and collaboration with the account leaders and client to achieve financial objectives
• Validates financial data, as compiled by the operational teams for invoices, contracts, and purchase orders
• Ensures proper accounting and chart of accounts are established to maintain accurate reporting
• Conducts ongoing training sessions for account staff and operations team regarding new accounting procedures and other relevant financial programs and initiatives
• Develops and maintains account pro forma and scenario analyses that drive clarity in executive decision-making and account profitability
• Develops, implements, and drives solutions to overcome business challenges to ensure operations team achieves financial commitments
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external controls.

REQUIREMENTS

• Four year college degree required
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with roles in finance and procurement services with an emphasis in facility management, project management, and/or space management experience
• Must have knowledge and experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting and budgeting
• Prior experience in directly managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams, experience managing integrated services account preferred
• Excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong computer and systems knowledge
