About Your Role: 

You will be joining as an early contributor on a growing Finance team, with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a fast-growing startup. In this role, you will be a key business partner providing financial support to the Go-To-Market teams. This includes supporting budgeting and forecasting, monthly business review processes, board and investor materials, and other financial analysis in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• Highly proficient in advanced Excel with strong attention to detail
• Ability to use data to identify and quantify opportunities for growth or profitability improvement
• Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Your Typical Day:

• Develop strong collaborative relationships with Sales leadership, sales team leads, and their organizations; serve as a key point of contact for all things finance
• Support strategic short- and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis
• Partner with the GTM teams to manage headcount, Opex, and Capex forecasting
• Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance; highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior management
• Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to help scale financial best practices; support company-wide planning and forecasting processes
• Support the GTM and finance teams through monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and business review cycles
• Support the business in building out additional KPI's and analytics around SaaS metrics including Gross Retention, Net Retention, LTV, CAC

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, business strategy, or corporate finance/investment banking
• Proficient in working in large datasets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
• Strong modeling skills
