Senior Dynamics ERP Functional Analyst Finance

This role is based at our Phoenix, AZ HQ, and would require relocation to the Phoenix area.
Your Impact
As a Sr. Dynamics365 Functional Analyst, Finance you will be instrumental in implementing and sustaining functionality for our Global Supply Chain and Finance teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
You will be the recognized subject matter expert, working closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions as we transform and scale our quickly growing global business.
This work requires a thorough understanding of modules related to accounting, production costing, quote to cash, procure to pay, and a track record of delivering value to the business through collaborative support and timely solutions for issues or gaps.
Your Day to Day
- Provide process and functional support to our Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Design, configure and test solutions in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Resolve end-user issues and perform ongoing administration, configuration and end-user training and documentation for new and existing capabilities in Dynamics 365.
- Create comprehensive system documentation and provide training to staff.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of successful Dynamics AX or D365 experience.
- Strong demonstrated working knowledge of Production Costing: AR, AP, GL, and other finance related modules.
- Experience in global, discrete manufacturing environment a must
- Dynamics 365 or AX implementation experience, including go-live, preferably multiple implementations.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing solutions with Microsoft ERP solutions (D365, AX)
- Experience in environments with multiple integrations and ISV solutions
- Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to field users and to be able to communicate effectively across groups.
- Vision and organizational skills to balance end-user support with larger strategic project support
- Obvious cross-group collaboration and influence competencies throughout all work examples
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada.
