The RealReal’s Finance team is looking to hire a Corporate Financial Analyst that will be an integral part of our growing team.  In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and projecting key financial and operational information. You will be working primarily with our G&A, Product and Tech Teams, while providing support for other teams on ad hoc projects.  The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and show strong leadership skills.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for business partners and Finance leadership describing fixed and variable costs across areas of responsibility
• Collaborate in headcount planning, reporting, and analysis across the various departments
• Provide data-driven insights to facilitate decision making and influence strategy with financial model building, reporting, process flow, and dashboard development
• Develop new performance metrics and rhythm of the business processes to drive accountability and controllership
• Work closely with Corporate Finance to support the consolidations and modeling functions of the company financial model

What You Bring To The Role

• Minimum 2+ years of finance/FP&A, investment banking, business intelligence, or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field 
• Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
• Desire to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
• Bonus Experience: Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, Looker, SQL
