About the Team
The Content Analyst will be joining the FPO Programs and Projects team. This team drives major project initiatives and M&A integrations across the Finance People Operations (FPO) team. We're a diverse group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and are very supportive of each other.

About the Role

This role is a phenomenal opportunity that combines technical writing, online content creation and project management skills. This role will focus on enhancing the global employee content experience by collaborating closely with our business partners and leaders. This is an exciting role that will help deliver excellent service to our Workmates and thoughtfully communicate the company's vision by maintaining and improving FPO online content.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with FPO leadership and partners to define online portal and content architecture strategy for all FPO programs, including content management tools used, content layout and organization, style guides and templates for knowledge articles and content
  • Process detailed of information and convert into a more readable and user-friendly format that is easy for employees to understand
  • Work with HR business partners to ensure that content is created / updated as needed to meet critical employee needs
  • Oversee process for updating FPO portal content and ensuring that knowledge is being maintained timely and in a way that meets the Workday communication standards
  • Update and maintain a library of FPO presentations and help leadership build templates when needed by coordinating with different teams
  • Maintain and regularly review FPO communication templates to notify employees of key updates
  • Coordinate and drive FPO internal communication strategy and training workshops by creating more engaging and effective content
  • Assist partners with M&A related communication and content to ensure FPO information is clearly communicated
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to user experiences using feedback from employees and user experience data
  • Assist content owners with action planning and completion of content improvements to drive better online experience
  • Establish and coordinate governance process for maintaining FPO content and updating the portal, as well as for driving future project priorities related to online content and the portal
  • Assist with implementation of various employee engagement technologies and use AI and machine learning to help employees and managers find content they need
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to help with content management

About You

  • You love technical writing and creating engaging content
  • You have strong presentation skills and are able to deliver clear message, vision and goals in business partner meetings
  • You have excellent organization skills, ability to help prioritize tasks and compartmentalize projects and associated timelines
  • You can jump in and help teams achieve goals and keep the project moving by sometimes acting as a driver and a doer
  • You love supporting leadership by being responsible for and coordinating tasks as well as continuously motivating and encouraging them
  • Most importantly, your work style will chip in to a positive work culture and align with Workday core values

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in roles that involve web or content management
  • Bachelor's degree in relatable field

Other Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Advanced writing and online content development skills with ability to create content that is compelling, simple to understand and meets the needs of the audience
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-pace, collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and follow-through
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
