About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant in the Wealth Management practice, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside industry experts. You will become adept in cross-functional, project delivery that spans various products, platforms, and services offered by Wealth and Asset Managers. Beyond industry expertise, our consultants leverage core consulting skills such as problem statement framing, root cause analysis, process rationalization, and exceptional communication tactics to effectively advise and guide our clients.
What You'll Get to Do:

  • Focus on strategic client engagements with a concentration on automation, digitization, and growth transformation in the Wealth and Asset Management space
  • Sample projects include defining client user experiences, driving product innovation, developing engagement and adoption strategies, and creating technological/operational efficiencies through automation
  • Independently manage small to medium size change delivery projects
  • Learn and apply Capco's capabilities around design thinking, rapid prototyping, and agile development in your engagement with existing and potential clients
  • Author thought leadership content on cutting edge concepts disrupting the financial services industry


What You'll Bring with You:

  • 5+ years of experience from a premier management consulting firm or in the Wealth/Asset Management industry
  • 2-4 years' experience with technology management or development
  • Exposure to multiple project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and Waterfall
  • Diverse problem-solving experience
  • Experience in successfully delivering business and technology projects with an understanding of product development lifecycle
  • Development productivity tools (JIRA, TFS, or other)
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel out of state Monday through Thursday as needed
