Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ongoing management & advancement of client engagements with the following expectations:
    • Partner with a team of strategy consultants
    • Drive efforts through appropriate evolution including strategic design, applying and leveraging multi-channel marketing industry expertise and customer experience best practices
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive creation and management of marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies; drive cross-sell opportunities to add more value to client accounts
    • Identify and leverage strategic frameworks for development of marketing strategies; this can expand across many tactics e.g. the use of segmentation, targeting, channels, offers, messaging, testing, reporting and analysis
    • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and each project/client goal to define the strategic approach, inform stakeholder needs, and maintain internal alignment and focus
    • Streamline large amounts of data across internal and client stakeholder communications, activities, and cross-functional efforts to inform efforts
    • Define KPIs for performance and continuously measure, track, report, and optimize strategies and tactics
    • Lead synthesis and interpretation of cross-functional contributions and creation of client facing communications


The candidate "must have":

  • A Client mindset and familiarity with consulting frameworks and concepts
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing trends and experience designing and deploying marketing strategies within a real-time decisioning environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and awareness of how systems and data integrate with contact plans
  • Structured thinking and the ability to facilitate working sessions and brainstorming exercises among clients and peers across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong project management skills desired with comfort in identifying and documenting business requirements for new marketing programs
  • Strong oral and written communicator; create high quality documents and deliverables using Microsoft Office and other applications as needed
  • Process-oriented thinker with a background in using frameworks and methodical steps to identify workstream approaches


In addition, the ideal candidate would also have the qualities below:

  • Proactive self-starter with high level of initiative and ability to direct a team on multiple concurrent projects, and ensure follow-through while delivering high quality to Epsilon clients
  • Leader, collaborator, and team-oriented


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • First-hand experience in communications roadmap development and implementation
  • Multi-channel delivery platform experience
  • Advanced-level software knowledge including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Management consulting expertise a plus
