Senior Compliance Auditor
Summary
The Senior Compliance Auditor performs IT audit tasks and interacts with other teams to gather information and track remediation, as required. Responsible for the high level enterprise wide policy. The Senior Compliance Auditor develops senior technology stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of seamless program and control audit risk coverage. Performs IT audit tasks and interacts with other teams to gather information and track remediation, as required.
We have two positions available. One position will focus on ISO 27001/27002 implementation along with ISAE-3402 audit facilitation. 2nd position will be owning and maintaining the FedRAMP Moderate ATO covering the ISSO role as well as future ISO initiatives
Responsibilities
Tests and evaluates IT systems and controls for conformity with Workiva policy
Supports external audits: SOC, SOX, Customer, etc.
Conducts vendor risk assessments
Plans, scopes, and executes the technology focused audits, as well as technology control components of business integrated audits
Conducts audit planning, ongoing business engagement activities and risk assessments
What You'll Need
Education
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Related majors may include Information Systems or Accounting
Skills
Demonstrated capability to communicate issues within team and work toward resolution
Demonstrated proficiency in basic audit concepts
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Excellent judgment and strong creative problem solving skills
Negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
Highly motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability of improving the security posture in a dynamic environment
Ability to build strong partnerships across the technology and business teams
Experience
Conducting audits with minimal or no supervision
At least 2 years experience in audit
Travel Requirement
Less than 15% travel
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent operating a computer with opportunity to move about, walking the location to interact with employees
Telecommuting - On-site work critical; telecommuting should be a rare arrangement
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
How You'll Be Rewarded
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $86,000-$110,000
A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
