FullStory is looking for a creative, problem-solving Senior Accountant ready to assume a high-impact role with a hyper-growth SaaS company.

This is not your typical Senior Accountant role. You won’t be following monotonous steps and populating long-established templates (well, there will be some of that; this is accounting after all). You’ll be creating and owning processes from scratch and inventing company-driving projects. You’ll be joining a rapidly growing team and will report directly to the Controller. We’ll be relying on you to identify, and improve on, inefficiencies in our day to day. You don’t like our prepaid expenses workpaper? Destroy it and build a new one. We’ll get you ramped up, but be ready to take ownership of roughly 50% of our close-process. 

In this role, you’ll be corresponding with colleagues across all departments and consultants, vendors and customers across the globe. You will be learning and utilizing a pretty hefty tech stack, including NetSuite, SalesForce and G-Suite products. Speaking of technology, we’re going to need your help overhauling our procure-to-pay process.

Day to day, you'll:

• Coordinate across departments in executing your project.
• Keep the gears moving on the 50% of close-processes you own.
• Work with Finance to ensure our books align with our forecasts.
• Research accounting concepts and guidance and apply them to our financials.  
• Build workpapers from scratch and take ownership and refine processes.
• Contribute to the success of our financial audits.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has an active CPA license
• Has 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Has public auditing experience

It would be amazing if:

• You are creative and have a knack for building and improving process, rather than following existing steps and templates 
• You are an effective communicator, who has had experience explaining complex accounting topics to non-accountants
• You work well independently and have excellent problem solving skills
• You have experience with NetSuite and SalesForce
