Our finance team is growing! We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for

various finance and accounting related duties. You will report into our Senior Manager of Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all preparatory work associated with the month end close process including cash reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, reporting and analytics
• Monitor cash activity in and out of all bank accounts and reconcile monthly
• Monitor corporate credit card activity and reconcile monthly
• Lead the accounts payable process by inputting all inbound invoices and appropriately categorizing by account, location and project
• Lead the accounts receivable process by interacting with customer finance teams to obtain information and generate monthly billing
• Take ownership of the general ledger by providing sufficient descriptions and documentation to support all journal entries
• Interact cross-functionally to obtain sufficient understanding of and documentation around all financial transactions
• Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience a plus but not required
• BS Degree required with focus in accounting, finance or similar field
• Familiarity with systems, particularly Quickbooks online & Netsuite, strongly desired.
• Experience with expensify, bill.com and/or ADP a plus
• Strong bookkeeping capabilities and analytics skills
• Familiarity with and knowledge of US GAAP, international experience a plus but not required
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment is a plus
