You have been an individual contributor within a strong sales operations organization and are ready to take the next step up into building and developing your own team.

You have the necessary leadership skills and strategic thinking to support a high performing organization focused on operational excellence, community building, and accountability. You will report directly to the SVP of Sales and will be part of the sales leadership team.

What You’ll Do

You will be the driving force behind supporting HopSkipDrive’s sales strategy to triple the number of active markets over the next 30 months. You will interact with a highly talented team of cross functional stakeholders to drive efficiencies around revenue forecasting, sales tool management, territory design, contract renewal, and process improvement.

You will be responsible for owning the strategy and efforts of the sales operations team with an eye on necessary team growth and scale to support rapid growth. You will effectively leverage data in order to drive company wide improvements on sales reporting, revenue forecasting, compensation management, and client activity.

You will own the Salesforce CRM instance with a focus on bringing industry leading best practices to the daily sales motion. You will be responsible for creating the vision of how Salesforce should interact with the ecosystem of other tools being leveraged at HopSkipDrive including: Tableau, Kustomer, QuickBooks, SalesLoft, and many others.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of sales operations experience
  • High level of proficiency with Sales and Marketing tools including: Salesforce, Pardot, Quip, Salesloft.
  • Strong understanding of a B2B pipeline management, sales cycle, and customer journey with associated metrics
  • Self-starter attitude with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing agile work environment
