Overview

Join the Intuit Sales Operations Team and make a HUGE impact on how we incent our employees and partners to implement solutions for our customers. You will own administration of our partner payments in Varicent. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work with our US and Global sales teams to verify and improve sales data integrity.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Incentive administration, specifically sales commissions and/or rev share programs
  • Experience with Varicent administration preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with using tools & data sets to assess effectiveness
  • Outstanding communicator that can effectively manage expectations vertically throughout the organization
  • Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast paced, team environment
  • Deep customer empathy. A passion for delighting customers and using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences
  • Data savvy, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources, identify trends and spot improvement areas

How you will lead

  • Develop, modify and manage plan calculations in Varicent
  • Troubleshoot escalations from Customer Success & stakeholders
  • Configure reports and support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
  • Liaise with tech teams to review/resolve technical issues
  • Drive communications to impacted partners
  • Define "early warning" alerts for tech team to monitor and resolve
  • Define and manage regular audit checks
  • Trusted advisor informing incentive plan design
