Who we’re looking for; 


We’re currently recruiting for a Revenue Operations Associate who will have the opportunity to bring data and insight to the forefront of a rapidly growing technology company that will fuel decision-making at the executive level for our Go-to-Market strategy. 


As a Graylog Revenue Operations Associate you’ll be collaborating with colleagues and leadership in the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand their needs as they pursue high-growth targets. 


You’ll also be assisting and developing policies, procedures, and best practices for our CRM (Hubspot) and other revenue tools. This will include developing dashboards and reporting capabilities across the revenue teams to enable better visibility of our data. 


You will be reporting to our Revenue Operations Manager based in Houston, TX.

Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Administration of Hubspot and governance of users, data limits, properties, and customer data
  • Creation of handoff processes across each Go-to-Market function to ensure efficiency across the organization
  • Assisting with individual adhoc data requests from various employees and leadership
  • Management of revenue team documentation
  • Upkeep and management of lead and account automation in CRM
  • Research, procure, and implement new tools to drive further success
  • Deal approval and processing
  • Collaborating and working with teams and individuals to help develop, plan, and support various outreach and marketing strategies

Little bit about you;

  • Some experience within a operations focused role either in a marketing, sales, or revenue position in a B2B environment
  • Experience with a customer relationship management tool. Bonus points for knowledge/ experience of Hubspot (our current CRM)
  • Enjoy solving problems with a critical mindset
  • Team-oriented with an appreciation of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology and toolsets in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
