Why we’re hiring
Alloy is growing rapidly and seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team. The Sales Operations function is crucial to the success and scalability of our sales and supporting teams. We’re looking for a results-oriented individual who wants to make a difference and be proactive to iterate and continuously improve.
What you’ll be doing
- Support Revenue/Sales Operations in translating business requirements into scalable systematic solutions
- Review and analyze sales-related pipeline, forecasting, bookings, revenue, sales productivity and goal attainment.
- Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy within the Revenue/Sales Operations tech stack (e.g. LeanData, Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo)
- Provide reports and analytics (e.g. pipeline and data hygiene)
- Collaborate within Revenue Operations and cross-departmentally to ensure that existing and new processes are thoroughly documented for both reference and training purposes
- Work effectively with stakeholders across the company and at all seniority levels to gather feedback, train, and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Identify opportunities for enhancement within and between systems
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Operations experience
- Previous SAAS
- Deeply detail - oriented
- Proficient in Excel and reporting
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Hunger to learn and grow - new things aren't scary for you, they're exciting
- Experience working in a rapidly growing and evolving company
- Experience taking projects from conception to completion
