At Salesloft, our Revenue Operations Analyst, Services is critical to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our Service Operations team and will work closely with Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product/Engineering and IT to analyze and report data, identify trends, evaluate services performance, develop and administer services team processes and assist with other daily operations and projects. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual who has passion for and experience in the areas of data analytics and process design/optimization. As the Revenue Operations Analyst, Services, you will help the Customer Services teams (Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support and Customer Education) manage their respective businesses and measure their results.

You work as part of the Service Operations team to develop reports and dashboards, analyze and interpret their results, make process and system recommendations to key stakeholders and design and implement those recommended changes. Said another way, you’ll become an expert in all Customer Services systems and processes. A successful candidate will have outstanding mathematical, analytical, presentation and communication skills, be highly logical, organized, focused, and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects.

THE TEAM:

The Salesloft Customer Services organization is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Service Operations team consists of smart, focused professionals who are dedicated to creating the most effective Customer Services organization in the world. They are also the epitome of our core values:  Customers First. Team Over Self. Focus on Results. Bias Towards Action. Glass Half Full.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience with Service Operations, Sales Operations, Systems Management or consulting in support of those disciplines
  • 2+ years experience developing custom report types, advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional technical aptitude with Mac, Apple and Google Suite technologies
  • Ability to lead teams through change management and business transformations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience meeting with and presenting to senior executives.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company
  • Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and culture is a plus
  • Experience with Salesloft is a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90-day plan and delve into your daily responsibilities
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product/Engineering and IT – the relationships will be critical for your day-to-day tasks
  • Establish credibility and trust with both managers and individual contributors in the Customer Services organization
  • Establish a baseline evaluation of the key performance indicators used to measure each of the Customer Services teams

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Achieve Salesloft Administrator Certification and demonstrate proficiency with all Salesloft features
  • Prepare and present reports on 3 key, monthly/quarterly Customer Services metrics
  • Participate in preparation for and/or completion of quarter-end close and analysis
  • Participate in the documentation and execution of one system or process change
  • Quickly solve process pain points in the moment, while developing long-term solutions

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Achieve Looker Business Analyst Certification
  • Collaborate with the Customer Services teams and develop one new report for each team, based on their requirements
  • Analyze report findings and identify key areas of improvement for Customer Services systems and processes
  • Own the development, documentation and execution of one or more system or process changes
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be a “go to” operations expert for the Customer Services organization, making those around you better and more productive at their job
  • Develop reports and processes for scale, taking action on necessary enhancements identified within the first six months
