THE ROLE
The Revenue Manager will work directly with the Head of Revenue Strategy to maximize Mint House’s revenue through daily management of room inventory and pricing across all markets. In this role you will help develop and recommend room rates and availability strategies to optimize the best mix of business through multiple distribution channels. In addition, this is a highly analytical role for driving analysis, compiling reports and developing models to support better decisions across the business.
AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL
- Assist in maximizing room revenue, profit, and market share for multiple markets and properties by analyzing revenue data and daily management of pricing strategies
- Support Revenue team by assisting with strategy implementation by market and data entry operations of internal and external distribution channels
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Brand to facilitate technical integrations
- Story tell and drive analysis that informs tactical pricing and revenue decisions
- Industry research and preparation to identify revenue opportunities
- Execute reporting functions of competitive set, price positioning, seasonality and mix while also participating in ad-hoc reporting
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree and 3 years of complex, multi-property hotel revenue management experience
- Demonstrated interest in analyzing and presenting data, super user in Excel, SQL, R, Python, or related software
- Inquisitive to ask questions, think creatively, and an active listener
- Strong collaborator and gravitate towards an entrepreneurial environment
- Quickly understand needs or issues and deliver a clear and concise message via video calls and emails
