Revenue Management Rep

The Revenue Management Rep is part of the Revenue Management team within Employee Benefits Operations and is responsible for premium integrity. The role is responsible for premium application, suspense management, monitoring delinquent accounts and audit controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor suspense accounts & manage Lapse/Cancel cycle
- Perform premium research & review audit/control reports
- Reconcile premium discrepancies
- Terminate policyholder contracts
- Identify and resolve issues in regards to premium integrity
- Identify process improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School, GED or Diploma required with 1-2 years customer service experience
- Background in accounting, banking or accounts receivable preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical
- Effective in a team environment
- Professional written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Willingness to take ownership of duties to ensure team success
- Ability to collaborate with team members and internal partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with high volumes
Salary Band: 02B
