Responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing business including financial outcomes (e.g., operating income/expense controls), customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction as per individual contracts. This also includes Business Office/Patient Access/Physician Office functions which encompass all functions of First/Third Party Claims Operations, manage registration, admitting, insurance verification, customer service, and managed care contracts. Oversee performance and contract compliance. Facilitate problem resolution between hospital and/or physician departments and the Business Office.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform revenue cycle management duties as needed
  • Preference for experience with anesthesia, but not required
  • Manage team members; strong strategic leader
  • Must have experience managing off-shore teams
  • Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB Qualifications

Education / Training:

  • Required: 4-year degree in finance/business or related field or equivalent experience


Business Experience:

  • 9+ years data revenue cycle experience


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Work well with others
  • Computer literate
