Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, you will be a part of a high-energy, rapidly growing team. This role will work closely with the Commercial team, CSMs, Deal Desk and FP&A. 

You will:

  • Review customer contracts and set up key terms in Workday to support accurate billing and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate  with various teams to design process changes and system enhancements to achieve scalability
  • Promptly and accurately respond to contract and revenue recognition questions raised by commercial team and CSMs
  • Prepare reconciliations, flux analysis, and related journal entries as part of month end close. 
  • Maintain proper documentation and assist with annual internal and external audits
  • SOX control performance and documentation maintenance
  • Participate in ad hoc research, reporting and projects

About you: 

  • BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field
  • Understanding of ASC 606 in relation to Saas business
  • 3+ experience in billing/revenue
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interact with team members across all organization levels, functions and geographies
  • Ability to take ownership of your workload to meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with MS Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce 

Bonus Points:

  • Workday Financials experience
  • Public accounting experience and/or a CPA license
