  • Design, implement, manage and scale CoreLogic Pricing & Commercial Operations end-to-end workflow and Strategy
  • Support overall Go to Market strategy and pricing framework for new and existing products (strong focus on customer, competition, price-to-win, pricing elasticity, and strategy)
  • Manage Product Price Books, Product Bundling and Pricing Variables for assigned business units and/or solution groups. Manage related cyclical and/or ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of various data (Billings, CRM, competition, etc) to improve product revenue, profitability, and/or price realization.
  • Continuously seek to continuously improve pricing (price, price strategy, operations, communication, data, and systems)
  • Support Deal Structuring inquiries and provide guidance on quote and contract processes.
  • Respond to questions, educate and explain quote and contract commercial terms, fallback terms, negotiation options, pricing and cost models, renewal options, discounting, special approval workflows, and coordinating with business units regarding specific/unique operational requirements.
  • Collaborate and influence senior executives from cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Business Units, Product Management, Legal, and Operations to ensure appropriate pricing and potential for return on deals - both new engagements and renewals.
  • Work closely with product marketing and product management teams to create or obtain product pricing for various service offerings.
  • Create financial and risk analysis for Business Reviews with ability to present and communicate deal structure.
  • Serve a subject matter expert for the Pricing Desk; through consultation provide knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, procedures and practices; identify and recommend opportunities to ensure ongoing governance and/or improvements to the program.
  • Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Sciences or related field with 10+ years hands-on, related experience working within Pricing Desk, Deals Desk, Contract Support, Sales Operations, Pricing and/or Finance, ideally supporting complex B2B Sales Teams in technology, data solutions, or outsourcing services.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience with end-to-end transformation, pursuit-to-quote process development, execution to implementation in formal pricing and profitability management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Systems.
  • Experience performing financial/ TCO analysis, business valuation and business case analysis, commercial business advisory, value-based pricing, profitability reporting, related analytics, and direct support of B2B sales process.
  • Proven experience managing pricing and/or quoting systems, including ability to evaluate technologies to drive process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Previous experience leading sales/pricing operations team and/or commercial transaction pricing functions to include ability to effectively manage and develop team members.
  • Previous experience leading teams to include effective allocation of resources and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with sales teams, product leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive effective processes and workflows and achieve profitable outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen and financial modeling skills; knowledge of pricing and discounting practices and their potential impact for application.
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • Detail oriented, effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and clients - to bring assignments to successful completion.
  • Ability to effectively navigate working in a matrix reporting structure; ability to managing through change; resiliency; adaptability; self-motivated.
  • Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL. Role requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective. Understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.
