About the Position

The Product Analyst in Personal Finance is responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our existing marketplace products, so that we can understand the current and future needs of our customers for mortgage, personal loans and more. You will identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention and engagement, and will explain trends across data sources so that we can identify potential opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Personal Finance Account Managers and Product Managers to analyze performance of our partners as well as discovering new partnership areas.
  • Provide analytical support to all personal finance product managers, particularly to identify areas of opportunity and measure the success of new products
  • Collaborate with marketing team to understand what drives conversion as well as what powers engagement across all personal finance products
  • Perform deep ad-hoc analyses to unlock insights to help build new features or improve upon existing ones
  • Build, monitor and report findings on all A/B tests
  • Ingestion of all partner performance data

Qualifications

  • Strong SQL ability, to read and write complex queries
  • Python experience to read code and for Data Analytics
  • Excellent presentation skills with technical analyses in written summaries, live demos etc.
  • Experience and interest in learning data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker and related tools.
  • Experience and interest working cross functionally across teams with varying technical proficiency
