Overview

Intuit's Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. The team is comprised of finance, accounting, supply chain, corporate strategy & development and tax professionals that support and enhance Intuit's operating efficiencies.

Come join the Finance team as a Principal Financial Analyst and Senior Business Partner in San Diego or Mountain View. Our team supports the Intuit Customer Success Ecosystem that delivers customer and expert experiences across all Intuit products and services, on a global scale. The Customer Success Ecosystem plays a critical role in accelerating Intuit's Big Bet 2 of Connecting People to Experts and driving significant topline growth for the company

This role will report directly to the VP of Finance and focus on optimizing the Ecosystem over a multi-year timeframe to unlock the growth and scale of our Services businesses (TurboTax Live, QuickBooks Live).

What you'll bring

  • BS in Finance or Economics (MBA Preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance, analytics or strategic role.
  • Self-motivated individual who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and to coordinate and influence across multiple organizations at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills; demonstrated ability to identify, lead and drive complex analyses.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive presentations.
  • Problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity, creative and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Passion for excellence, highly curious and unsatisfied with the status quo.



How you will lead

  • Drive the long term margin strategy and unit economics for our services offerings in alignment with Intuit financial goals.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute a workback plan on the margin strategy.
  • Drive various analyses that deliver data driven insights in a structured manner to promote business outcomes that drive efficiencies that will accelerate our growth trajectory and ability to scale.
  • Lead teams to design, continuously improve, and implement new financial & operational processes to ensure we meet our financial commitments.
  • Communicate and present strategic analyses and findings to senior executives and BU leaders.
  • Competitive benchmarking of operational / financial models with a spectrum of service companies.
