We're looking for a Digital Asset Management Managing Director to implement strategic initiatives and support the leadership team at Republic Realm. Republic Realm is a family of professionally-managed investment products and incubated companies engaged in metaverse and NFT innovation.

The right person is highly effective, engaged, organized, and data-driven. You will work broadly across operations, investor relations and corporate development to help implement strategic initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do

• Oversee portfolio management for all asset management products of Republic Realm
• Interface with legal and compliance to ensure proper documentation
• Manage P&L reports and NAV calculations
• Build financial models to forecast fund-level and investment-level performance
• Manage on-going changing legislative requirements to ensure the department is proactive in identifying opportunities for positive change.
• Provide regular investor reporting documents and written qualitative analysis of the markets
• Prepare and review investor committee documentation
• Set asset management strategy, including frequency of buy/hold/sell analysis
• Oversee due diligence activities
• Participate in investment research manager meetings, industry conferences and events

What we're looking for:

• A depth of experience in asset management with a top-tier financial services firm
• A thorough understanding of corporate compliance as it pertains to the investment industry
• An ability to lead a team and to interact with very senior internal and external management team members
• A highly analytical and quantitative background
• Familiarity with blockchain and crypto (desired, but not imperative) and a desire to learn about the metaverse and NFTs
