P&W Group FP&A is responsible for the reporting and analysis of overall consolidated P&W financial results. The group takes a lead role in supporting RTX's quarterly earnings release and periodic investor communications as well as providing headcount, SG&A and restructuring reporting to various customers.

The group is responsible for preparing materials and supporting data packages for the P&W Executive Committee meetings, RTX CEO Staff Meetings, Long Range Plan / Annual Plan meetings, RTX Finance Council, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly P&L closing and forecast activities for Pratt & Whitney; with primarily focus on the Commercial segments P&L (which include Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney Canada).
  • Coordinate, prepare and present variance analyses of key business drivers for performance vs. plan, forecast and prior year, including executive briefings
  • Support the Quarterly Earnings process in consolidating P&W results, with main focus on preparing variance analyses to prior year and prior quarter for the Commercial segments P&L (which include Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney Canada).
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings and support the review process
  • Support the consolidation of P&W's annual and long-range planning processes.
  • Participate in the department's process improvement initiatives using the CORE framework.


Basic Qualifications:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
