We're seeking a communications leader who has experience in internal marketing and leveraging data to shape powerful communications and marketing strategies.
You will be part of a program team dedicated to supporting our associates in delivering unexpected, memorable moments for their customers. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to truly understand our associates' needs to lead and execute strategies around program awareness, education and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage data and insights to drive internal marketing strategies and campaigns, optimizing the strategy based on past results, future needs, associates' behaviors/preferences, and ongoing test-and-learn agenda
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that showcase value propositions to drive program engagement and growth
- Write communications that align to the style and voice of our program brand and distribute across internal channels to our associates
- Provide day-to-day communications leadership and guidance to program team
- Partner with our data team to drive innovative communications products and solutions
- Develop reports, data visualizations, dashboards, insights, and recommendations for our campaigns to influence key stakeholders
- Define and monitor success metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or marketing
- At least 3 years of experience with creative testing and campaign strategy optimization
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in analysis for marketing or communication campaigns
- At least 2 years of experience in market research analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business
- At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications or marketing
- At least 4 years of experience with creative testing and campaign strategy optimization
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- Experience in industry best practices and developing testing strategies
- Experience in analytical or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience driving campaign branding and visual execution strategy
