ABOUT THE ROLE

The Stitch Fix Strategy team works directly with the C-Level and VP leadership team to shape and drive against our company vision and strategic growth plan. As a member of this dynamic and talented team you will have the opportunity to tackle challenging business problems, drive change and innovation within the organization, and work alongside and learn from the exceptionally talented individuals and teams at Stitch Fix. 

This position will focus on the development and implementation of the pricing & promotional strategy, and working with cross functional partners to build out our pricing capabilities throughout the business. This role will work closely with the Strategy and Merchandising leadership team, and other cross functional partners across algorithms, product & styling.

YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE YOU WILL:

• Build out a comprehensive pricing & promotion strategy & operational plan for the next 1-3 years, and work closely with XFN partners to mobilize & execute against this strategy 
• Communicate the strategic pricing & promotions recommendations and use influence to gain support from senior leadership and drive alignment within the organization
• Partner with the strategy and cross-functional teams to support our most important growth initiatives from defining the long-term strategic vision through to execution 
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research and analyses, including internal and external data sources, to test business hypotheses and synthesize results into practical solutions and business strategies to inform our overarching growth strategy 

WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE:

• You have a Bachelor's degree (required) and an MBA (preferred) 
• You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in pricing experience. Strategy or consulting experience is a plus, but not required.
• You are a strategic problem solver with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems
• You are a focused, organized, and results-driven individual with the discipline and gravitas to drive a diverse set of cross-functional partners towards a set of defined goals
• You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability
• You have strong communication skills and are able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
