The team you'll be part of

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The Network Infrastructure Commercial Management team guides a diverse cross-functional team in addressing the critical commercial aspects of an opportunity from the development stage through to successful deal closure.

What you will learn and contribute to
• Manage the commercial aspects of key deals including approval escalations within the RBC and BG; brief decision makers on key technical, commercial and contractual topics. • Manage commitments for any request deviating from approved products and services portfolio, approved roadmaps, approved releases and support policy and terms and conditions.• Define and coordiante the pricing and commercial strategy with Customer Teams, pre-sales teams, and other BGs.• Support commercial negotiations throughout the sales cycle.• Maximize deal profitability with optimized scope ("skinny scope") and cost structure, minimize price erosion and avoid value leakage.• Establish business cases for key sales initiatives and guide associated offers.• Support sCRM gate reviews during offer development to identify and mitigate critical path issues related to pricing, cost and T&Cs.

Your skills and experience

You have:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business/Commerce, Technology field, Accounting, Marketing or other business related field and/or 7+ years equivalent work experience.• Solid business acumen with ability to identify and assess pricing and commercial issues and drive to successful resolution.• Ability to guide and influence multi-disciplinary teams.• Skilled communicator with ability to constructively advise senior business decision makers.

It would be nice if you also had:
• Demonstrated knowledge of NI IP, Optics, and/or Nuage product portfolios, or equivalent competitive products.• Familiarty with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce (sCRM).
