Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution and overall maturity of all pricing related operations within PayPal. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting and supporting all day-to-day pricing operations of PayPal Inc Companies. This will include, but not be limited to the end-to-end transition and support of all pricing processes as well as the implementation of pricing tools and functionality. You will partner with Sales, CSM's, Legal, and Sales Operations to build and strengthen the price-to-contract pricing controls & procedures surrounding all day-to-day pricing execution.

  • The successful candidate must show they thrive and excel working within a fast pace, active environment and can handle the ever-changing needs of many internal and external customers globally
  • Transition, document and support all day-to-day pricing related work
  • Monitor various pricing queues and activities to support the global sales and support teams with the creation of all pricing, application of pricing, refund processes, pricing related inquiries
  • Follow all compliance procedures and controls for any/all pricing requests



  • Escalate pricing issues as needed to the pricing leadership (Pricing Operations Manager, Sr. Manager, Pricing Operations) in a timely manner
  • Assist the Global Pricing Project Managers with requirements gathering and testing of PayPal's global automation of pricing with other adjacent systems and processes
  • 2 years of related work experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Possess strong attention to detail



  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet or accelerate internal SLA's
  • Ability to be flexible as needs change within organization
  • Ability to learn and adapt to process changes/system changes quickly
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team



  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience with Excel preferred
