What We Seek:

They are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team player to assist with various payroll functions. The ideal candidate would need to be the subject matter expert on all things payroll. Here's what they look for:

• Responsible for weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data transmission by documentation and review of all pre-and post-processing payroll reports
• Verify payroll tax accuracy and state compliance
• Responsible for Payroll accounting journal entries
• Research discrepancies and process garnishments & taxes to ensure timesheets are processed accurately
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with Paycor a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Process-oriented
• Capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy
