Payroll Administrator + Bi-Weekly ADP Payroll
Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process and audit bi-weekly payroll reports in ADP. This role will include producing and reconciling monthly reports relative to payroll, as well as other projects as assigned.

Our client is a well-established organization of several entities within the retail/restoration industry. Their distribution facility is based out of state, with most of their Accounting Department working within their Omaha office. Here are the primary responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage the processing of ADP payroll
- Reconcile wages paid to the general ledger
- Validate wholesale commission monthly reports
- Maintain a recap of quarterly payroll tax returns with reconciliation to year end W-2's
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and approve for payment
- Accrue monthly payroll liabilities
- Maintain balance sheet account analysis including supporting documents
- Analyze business activity as directed for management reports
- Provide back up to support sales tax analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years' payroll experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, required
- ADP experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must be a problem solver with a 'self-starter' work ethic
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Ability to travel occasionally, preferred
