About the team:

As a Payments Treasury Associate, you’ll be responsible for monitoring daily cash flow activities that impact payment settlements and the regulatory financial reporting. You will work closely with Compliance, Enterprise Treasury, and Accounting groups to build and maintain procedures to support Robinhood Money’s financial requirements.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Take ownership of critical business functions such as analyzing firm obligations & daily treasury activities involving cash flow for the MSB
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders for liquidity management and financial reporting on a daily and quarterly basis
  • Create and monitor payment metrics with internal tooling
  • Manage risks for back-office activities
  • Work closely with our project and engineering teams to launch, support, and scale Robinhood products and systems with financial and regulatory impacts.

About you:

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or similar interests
  • 2-5 years experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Services, or related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in operational processes, then design and implement solution
  • Upholding and spreading the Robinhood Culture in all cross functional interactions

Bonus points:

  • Strong Robinhood product knowledge and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with permissible investment obligations and/or prior experience working for a Money Services Business (MSB) is a plus
