The Position

Partner Consultant

 

What We Need

Kareo’s Partner Sales Coordinator will actively manage the referral pipeline for all incoming requests for outsourced medical billing. The Partner Sales Coordinator is responsible for the entire referral lifecycle, from initial interaction to final reporting of all leads.

 

Your Area of Focus

  • Inbound lead qualification from providers/practices for outsourced medical billing services
  • Conduct discovery to effectively match billing company partners to qualified leads based on volume, specialty, and geographic locations serviced
  • Proactively follow-up with prospects and partners to maintain up-to-date statuses for all leads and opportunities
  • Independently manage your pipeline and report on final lead disposition
  • Manage relationships with partners in the program to ensure that they have a positive view of the program as well as Kareo
  • Regularly provide updates to management about each partners performance in the program
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create a deep understanding of partners internal structure, key contacts, and follow up strategy 
  • Identify areas of opportunity in the lead workflow to effectively coach partners on best practices and improve performance

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  •  Effective at working independently as well as in a team setting, adept at problem solving as a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large task lists without losing sight of important items
  • Basic understanding of healthcare and medical billing concepts
  • Passionate about fostering and maintaining positive relationships with company partners
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and other technology platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of personnel, from administrators to executives
  • Firm understanding of pipeline management and performance reporting
