JLL's Project & Development Services group is seeking an Operations Analyst- Regional Finance Analyst

Our Operations Analyst- Regional Finance Analyst is a collaborative team member supporting core business analysis, financial reporting and metrics for the PDS East Region. If you are a clear communicator, organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner and work ethic then this role is for you.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a key advisor to the Regional Manager and Market Leaders in running the business to achieve desired business goals and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate financial and operational matters of the region ensuring adequate budgeting, financial reporting, management analysis and controls are in place
  • Responsible for understanding the region's staffing and capacity needs to assist in optimal deployment of resources
  • Provide monthly revenue and P&L analysis and forecast to the Regional Manager and Market leads, include trend analysis, revenue run rate, revenue by sourcing credit, service and asset type
  • Provide pricing and utilization analysis
  • Formulate and provide special reports and analysis to leadership as needed
  • Run ad Hoc reports as needed for analysis and/or leadership review
  • Ensure staffing is feasible regarding budget, conducting comp analysis as needed
  • Provide processes and innovations to team to promote efficiencies and business initiatives
  • Assist in development of fee proposals, review contracts and understand the group's contractual obligations


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Economicsor related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in a professional services firm
  • Firm foundation in accounting, budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in team environment
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail essential
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze financial data and knowledge of accounting functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Willingness to take on new challenges,responsibilitiesand assignmentsand willingness to support process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
