Under the direction of the BSWH System Director Revenue Cycle Services, the Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems manages and oversees the maintenance and issue-resolution for revenue cycle bolt-on applications.

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems directs and oversees system maintenance for existing revenue cycle applications; leads system implementations, conversions, and upgrades for revenue cycle applications; investigates and resolves complex problems and coordinates efforts to provide innovative strategies and solutions; establishes controls and policies and procedures to ensure system changes are thoroughly tested prior to implementing; monitors and reports overall performance of revenue cycle applications and projects on a regular basis; ensures revenue cycle applications are optimized to increase efficiency and performance for core revenue cycle operational areas (i.e., Access Services, HIM, Centralized Business Services); establishes and maintains strong working relationships with Revenue Cycle leaders and fosters a strong working relationship with Information Services (IS).

The ideal Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders from various levels of the organization; and ability to build strong interpersonal skills with all levels of employees - including management and front line staff. The candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes; strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to develop processes and controls to ensure expectations are being followed; and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and initiatives.

- EDUCATION - Bachelor'

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 5 years experience required
