What you will do

• The Manager, Value Based Revenue is a key member of the Circulo Health team who will build and manage the revenue cycle operations of our health operations, focused on value-based arrangements.
• Leads planning, development, and implementation of revenue cycle processes focused on value based reimbursement arrangements with carriers, employers, government or provider entities. 
• Develop processes for member attribution, claims / billing, reconciliation, and reporting for our primary health centers.
• Support the daily function of billing/claims/revenue for each of the primary health centers, leveraging our claims/billing technologies including our EMR.
• Collaborate with the clinical and para-clinical staff in each primary health center to ensure that revenue practices are optimized.
• Collaborate with our technology and data team on processes for implementation of reconciliation and reporting of revenue.
• Collaborate with actuarial, risk, finance and other stakeholders in the company to optimize our value based revenue, and mitigate potential penalties / down-side risk
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, training and optimization of the team in each region

Who we are looking for

• A unique blend of a start-up mindset, creative and innovative thinking, with revenue cycle experience
• Must have experience in value based arrangements / reimbursement models
• An agile team player who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial, operations, data or health care setting
• Strong communication and relationship skills with demonstrated success partnering with clinical and paraclinical team, actuarial and finance
• Adaptable, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver
• Champion for the Circulo’s primary health solutions operations and culture, fostering a positive team environment
• Cultivate collaboration, shared decision-making, and partnering across teams
• This is a remote role
