This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

This position provides leadership to a team within the Financial Systems group which reports through Finance working to optimize, deliver and sustain the Financial Systems that enable the Company's Hardwire strategies. This role manages the Finance processes within SAP as well as integration with other systems. Finance master data governance is also managed through this role. This role partners with IT and Finance to improve what is on SAP as well as investigate when production issues arise.

Job Responsibilities• Customer focused mindset and approach to problem solving• Relentless pursuit of continuous improvement and challenging paradigms that may be barriers to progress• Deliver processes that minimize manual effort and ensure compliance and controls are in place• Develop creative system alternatives in support of Finance modernization efforts• Ensure SAP is utilized to its fullest when determining solutions or enhancements• Consult with functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system. Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system• Lead a team responsible for system production support, maintenance, and master data governance• Responsible for Financial System Security & Controls• Partner with the IT to ensure solutions are optimal and deliver against requirements the business has identified

Education Specifications

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or related field. An advanced Degree and/or CPA certification is Preferred.

Experience Requirements• 8+ years' experience with ERP systems including implementation and production support• Experience working in core financials and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting and Manufacturing Costing is a plus• In depth knowledge of SAP (including ECC, CO/PA, BW/BI, BPC and GRC)• Must be able to provide clear examples of successfully delivered major SAP change initiatives• Communication skills necessary to provide effective presentation of ideas, plans and processes to other departments and senior management.• Proven management skills and the ability to lead and develop finance teams.• Readiness to proactively drive and deliver high impact results through both individual and team efforts. Strong organizational skills, with ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects.• A skilled approach to building strong working relationships with business partners. Strong and independent analytical thinker and influencer.• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle methodology is a plus• Experience with Finance transformation within a highly complex organization is a plus.
