Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A
About the Role:
- Own the partnership with our On Device Solutions Sales team to create commercial business cases for new opportunities that are based on real data and thoughtful analysis
- Analyze macro environment trends across geographies, products, and partners; consolidate information into actionable analysis for company leadership
- Partner with our Product team to develop new/expanded product offerings, identify key business metrics and value drivers through the process
- Work with our business intelligence team to drive deeper insight into the performance of the business by exploring data in new ways
- Build efficient financial models that have the detailed information needed to drive accurate outcomes and can be updated quickly for ad hoc analysis
- Communicate business performance to leaders both inside and outside the Finance organization and the implications of that performance on future business decisions
- Collaborate with your FP&A team members and business partners from around the globe to develop quarterly forecasts and annual plans
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiencies, increase accuracy, and lead to more insightful work products
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- 6+ years of experience in finance-based roles with a focus on FP&A
- Prior experience working for a fast-growing technology company (advertising technology a plus)
- Ability to distill, create, and tell a story using various data elements, trends and critical metrics
- Excellent analytical skills and modeling experience, exposure to various analytical tools
- Strong logical thinking skills, be able to connect business drivers and outcomes quickly
- The ability to operate independently with limited oversight
- Ability to work under pressure within short time constraints in a constantly changing environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy a must
- Ownership and self-awareness must be part of who you are
