Job Description:
This individual will lead the set up and process of establishing key result metrics to monitor the entire employee experience organization performance and also govern all financial statement of work (SOW) spends. In partnership with the agile delivery team this role will create the organization framework for governance of key business value metrics. This includes establishing the foundational process, metric reviews and collection process, aligning to larger global technology themes and providing ongoing governance to ensure that maximum business value is achieved. This role will directly interact and help coach senior managers, key operational and business management and educate them on agile metric generation across a variety of employee technology and software service and products.
This role will also provide structure, reporting and assistance for all non-personal third party spend contracts. This highly impactful function will ensure that all vendor contracts are proactively reviewed with key plans in place and governed across the entire organization. The goal of this cross horizontal visible role is to ensure that maximum business value is achieved with proper governance of contacts to avoid risk issues or financial penalties.
We are looking for an employee that can establish new processes across an entire organization, govern the results, coach teams, and develop mitigation plans if required to increase overall enterprise value. This role is in a dynamic environment, will need to build strong partnerships with many employees throughout the organization and have an executive presence.
Required Skills

  • Knowledge of key enterprise operating metrics used to evaluate organization health
  • Knowledge of internal direct expense systems and contract timeline process and roles
  • Ability to establish a control process and govern that process
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and operational management skills
  • Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency and effectiveness


Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of industry agile key results best practices and how to implement in a complex organization
  • Knowledge of Bank of America systems including JIRA, Inpensa and ComIT
  • Financial contract timelines and action steps from idea to procurement within Bank of America
  • Ability to influence in a highly matrixed role
