Republic Capital is looking for an Investor Relations team member to provide our partners with world class service to our Partners as they invest. Republic Capital is the family office and institutional arm of Republic, encompassing all venture funds, private equity and late-stage deal-specific investment opportunities.

The right person is highly effective, engaged, organized, and detail oriented. You will work closely with the existing Investor Relations team, and cross functionally with Operations to ensure partner satisfaction, facilitate partner investments, and drive retention within our network.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the Investment team to facilitate investments for our Limited Partners
• Closely track, update and report on the status of all investments being placed within Republic Capital
• Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of all investment data needed for internal and external stakeholders
• Support the curation and circulation of essential deal materials to our Limited Partner network
• Assist where needed on mission critical day-to-day challenges
• Develop relevant communications and outreach to inform our Limited Partner network on relevant and timely updates

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Investment operations or investor relations preferred but open other backgrounds
• Experience working with or for investment funds, banks, or financial services
