What you will do:

eXp Realty is hiring a Financial Analyst who has a passion for our mission and strong business acumen. The Financial Analyst will be a key partner to the CIO organization. This role will work across departmental lines to help foster data driven decision making and improve organizational results. The Financial Analyst will need to be someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate hard to understand financial information into easily digestible content. The role will be part of a small and nimble team that fosters an environment of creativity, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

How you will make an impact:

• Partner with department and product leads to guide decision making and provide timely financial feedback
• Support the management of headcount and operational expense
• Participate in Vendor relationship management and contracts
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and board reporting
• Prepare analysis and present monthly budget versus actual reports
• Partner with accounting to assist in the monthly close process
• Create financial models and reports
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of financial planning tools
• Perform research and ad hoc analysis, as required

How you will grab our attention:

• Experience with financial modeling and decision framework templates
• Ability to translate financial information to non-financial team members
• Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work as part of a cross functional team
• Strong business acumen to identify and understand key business drivers
• Self-starter that is detail oriented
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Sheets; NetSuite & Vena Solutions experience a plus
• Ability to juggle multiple time sensitive projects at one time




Preferred Experience

• Understanding of global real estate brokerage operations
• Experience working in a 100% remote cloud based environment.
• Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle based systems




Key Success Metrics

• Accuracy of monthly forecasts to actuals
• Timeliness report distribution
• Accuracy of financial models




Education:

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (IT knowledge preferred)
• Bachelor's degree, MBA / CPA preferred
