IT BUSINESS / FINANCIAL ANALYST - REMOTE

The Select Group is looking for an IT Business / Financial Analyst to join one of their top healthcare partners. This role is fully remote, but preference is given to candidates in the Atlanta-metro region OR Southeastern US. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and reporting capital budgets, Apptio report creation, Strata/Lawson/Workday/ServiceNow, and have a finance or accounting background. IT BUSINESS / FINANCIAL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years' experience developing and reporting capital budgets within an IT or Telecom Environment
• 3-5+ years' experience with Apptio report creation
• Experience with Strata, Lawson, Workday, or ServiceNow is highly desirable
• Comfortable leading meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail
• Experience developing and managing a budget forecast process
• Bachelor's degree: Finance or Accounting preferred

IT BUSINESS / FINANCIAL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual forecasting and planning process for IT capital process
• Conduct monthly budget meetings with the IT leadership staff and Finance to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming deliverables
• Ensure that the financial systems (Apptio) are updated to deliver an accurate and timely IT spend
• Create budget presentations for Executive-Level Management
• Lead and/or play a key role in various financial process improvement projects, working on cross-functional teams
• Draw conclusions from financial data; highlight key areas of concern to management so they can make sound and timely business decisions
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to processes, controls and technology systems related to functions being performed
• Perform variance analyses and identify significant items requiring further investigation
• Perform follow-up investigation and suggest problem resolution
