About the Role

Sundae is building its Investor Solutions team to engage with real estate investors.  This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.

As an Investor Advisor, you are responsible for regional investor relationships, management, and supplemental services. The IA also oversees all contract dispositions for their respective Sundae market. You’ll become an expert on our team’s underwriting and field questions about property values and construction budgets. 

This role sits at an exciting cross-section of the business and is directly responsible for company-level revenue KPIs on assigned contracts. You’ll work with members from every team to solve the problems facing our customers.  Strong producers and leaders in this role have a tremendous opportunity for growth into management or other teams within the organization as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline ranging from investor’s initial research to active clients who buy contracts and services through Sundae.
  • Negotiate real estate contracts with investors
  • Liaise as representative for investors to homeowners in the Marketplace channel 
  • Master Sundae’s underwriting policies at each stage of the workflow
  • Drive revenue and achieve Sundae’s targeted economics on real estate contracts
  • Cultivate relationships with local real estate investors through meet-ups, referrals, social media, lead generation, and more
  • Onboard new investors
  • Strengthen existing investor relationships to drive engagement
  • Maintain a working knowledge of local real estate activity and regulations 
  • Work directly with management to package learnings and feedback from investor interaction into actionable feature expansion and new product development
  • Able to work cross-functionally within Sundae’s internal teams 
  • Build and iterate Sundae’s end-to-end workflow and make recommendations for updates to Salesforce

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional experience in real estate 
  • Highly computer literate, mastery of Google Suite products
  • Personal interest in real estate and investing (preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Experience growing a role at an early stage company (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate and/or outside sales
  • Professional experience in financial services (preferred)
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
  • Active Real Estate license in your state
  • Will work from home within the local market city
