We are looking for our FIRST ever Head of Treasury to build and lead our Treasury department from scratch. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the capital structure of the entire company playing a critical role in our rapid growth trajectory. 

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the CFO to manage the capital structure of the company. 
• Manage our balance sheet and participate in funding and liquidity decisions
• Lead and oversee the efficient management of our investment portfolio. Forecast interest expense and income
• Lead all aspects of investment process, assessing risk/return trade-offs within guidelines, recommending changes to policies based on market conditions
• Identify and manage a portfolio of financial market risks, which will principally include the following: FX balance sheet exposures, FX forecasted cash flow exposures, FX hedging
• Oversee efficient global cash management; manage liquidity and funding requirements.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation solutions and other bank engineering tools as well as controls
• Manage banking relationships, external investment managers, rating agencies, monitor portfolio performance, risk and compliance
• Ensure robust and regularly tested control processes and policy compliance
• Identify, implement and improve automation of key processes
• Collaborate and partner across the broader treasury, finance, and partner organizations to drive key business initiatives
• Develop, update, and monitor Treasury operational policies; oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Treasury operations and support internal and external audit requirement

What We Need:

• MBA, Master’s or BA/BS in Finance or related discipline, relevant industry certification a plus
• Minimum of 12 years professional experience
• At least 10 years of experience in the treasury function at a publicly traded company
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Proven leadership, people management skills, and track record of team development
• Solid understanding of financial markets and global corporate treasury operations:  including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting processes, capital structure and balance sheet management, investment policy responsibilities, banking operations, related process management, and compliance activities, and foreign exchange hedging experience
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
