The Role

Knock is adding our first permanent Head of Revenue Operations reporting to our VP of Finance. In addition to leading the Revenue Operations team, this role oversees operations for Knock’s Go To Market functions, as well as executive reporting for all of Knock. This role helps across the Go To Market organization by ensuring there is strategic, operational, and analytical bandwidth to best serve our customers ultimately resulting in increased revenue. You will be a trusted independent and strategic advisor to our C-Suite and the entire Go To Market team. You will use your passion for analytical decision making to make an immediate impact on Knock by managing systems, reporting and forecasting, and helping with ongoing change management within the organization. 


The Team

The Finance org is part of our Go To Market team; they partner directly with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue/Sales Operations, Product, and Engineering. The Finance team is responsible for owning various areas of business operations, including but not limited to: financial operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, FP&A, and legal. This role will report directly to our VP of Finance who believes in giving you ownership of your role and helping to grow your presence and impact across the organization. 

Day to Day

  • Oversee RevOps org
  • Act as a strategic advisor to CRO, CMO, and SVP of Success, ensuring dedication of GTM resources are in line with agreed business objectives and priorities
  • Own core GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZenDesk, Gainsight)
  • Report, forecast, and give input to and help Executives and The Board make strategic decisions 
  • Documentation
  • Suggest improvements for increased performance of the GTM team
  • Scenario modeling

Basic Qualifications

  • Highly strategic and analytical 
  • Experience leading Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Consulting
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and Go To Market metrics 
  • People management experience
  • Proven track record of working with and advising the C-Suite
  • Proven impact on increased revenue in previous roles

Nice to Have

  • Start up experience
  • Systems- administering or implementing Salesforce or HubSpot
