We're looking for an experienced Head of Revenue Enablement to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams in building and managing a world-class enablement function.

You'll leverage your experience to deliver training and enablement programs focused on product knowledge and sales effectiveness in an effort to create happy and satisfied customers as well as to maximize revenue.

In this role, which reports to our Vice President of Product Marketing, you'll build the enablement function, select and deploy a proven Sales Methodology, create a world-class onboarding program and ensure our sellers have access to a rich set of tools in order to sell effectively.
The Role:
- Define the overall enablement strategy and quarterly areas of focus in partnership with Sales and Customer Success leadership in line with company objectives
- Drive high levels of engagement with sales enablement programs through influence and reinforcement, including assessments, coaching, and the creation of feedback loops
- Ensure that ClickUp sellers are masters of their craft and deliver best-in-class experiences for our prospects and customers
- Select and deploy a proven sales methodology to serve as a framework for building a successful and highly-repeatable selling motion
- Measure and monitor the business impact of learning and enablement initiatives to better understand what is working, and what isn't, in order to increase sales effectiveness
- Support solution launches by working closely with Product Marketing to enable the Sales and Customer Success to understand, position, and effectively sell new solutions
- Get in the trenches with managers and reps to deeply understand the challenges they face in their selling efforts in order to design the right enablement programs and activities
- Gather direct feedback from sales team and leadership on a regular basis to constantly improve program
- Grow a talented team of enablement professionals and inspire them to do great work

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling the enablement function for a fast-growing SaaS company
- Successful track record of developing and delivering enablement programs which measurably improve sales productivity and performance
- Expert in proven sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Force Management, Proactive Selling, Sandler, etc.)
- Proven experience building and deploying effective onboarding plans that help reps ramp quickly
- Ability to develop and deliver enablement programs both online and in-person
- Excellent communication, project management and planning skills
