Head of Investment Office, Wealth Management
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Investment Strategist to join our growing wealth management organization! You'll be responsible for strategically growing an investment organization including building and managing client investment portfolios, managing client expectations, and working with them to achieve their investment objectives. The work will be fast-paced and innovative and will require marshaling resources across the organization. You'll interface frequently with our broader Wealth Management organization and help us implement best practices of portfolio management. You'll use your critical thinking skills to help us highlight other areas of improvement while helping to strategically push our evolution as an investment organization.

The Impact:
As the head of the Investment Office, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Oversee and implement the strategic growth of the organization
Working with Advisors to understand and implement the specific needs of clients, particularly high net worth.
Constructing successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends.
Maintaining new and existing client relationships, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and meeting with them to discuss their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends.
Interacting with the broader investment organization designed around solving real client problems
Communicating thoughtfully and clearly to stakeholders and clients
Helping to manage the growth of an organization
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance.
10+ years of private wealth / high net worth experience in a lead client-facing portfolio management role.
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
The Ideal Qualifications
CFA Preferred
Series 66 and Series 7 are helpful
